Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: [Add Date]

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Travel Option (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your travel party.

Bookings & Acceptance

  • All bookings are subject to availability and airline/supplier confirmation.
  • No contract exists until we have received your deposit or full payment and issued a confirmation invoice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all passenger details are accurate and match passport information.

Ticket Conditions

  • All air tickets booked through us are non-refundable and non-changeable, unless otherwise stated by the airline.
  • Tickets are issued as e-tickets only; no paper tickets are provided.
  • Airline schedules, fares, and availability are subject to change at any time until ticket issuance.

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits secure fares temporarily but are non-refundable.
  • Full payment must be made by the due date stated on your invoice.
  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
  • Credit card payments attract a 3% surcharge (non-refundable). Debit card payments are surcharge-free.
  • We do not accept responsibility for cash sent by post or courier.

Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes requested after booking are subject to airline rules, seat availability, and additional charges.
  • Name changes may be treated as cancellations by airlines and may incur 100% charges.
  • Amendment fees and supplier charges must be paid by the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are subject to airline and supplier rules plus our administration fee.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after we receive funds from the airline/supplier.
  • Refund processing may take 7–12 weeks depending on the airline.
  • Service charges, card surcharges, and deposits are non-refundable.

Airline Changes & Disruptions

  • Flight times are estimates and may change due to operational or weather conditions.
  • If an airline cancels or changes a flight, your rights are governed by the airline’s conditions of carriage.
  • We act as an agent only and are not liable for airline operational decisions.

You are responsible for:

  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date)

  • Passengers must reconfirm flights 72 hours prior to departure

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical conditions or disabilities must be disclosed at booking.
  • We reserve the right to decline bookings if requirements cannot be safely accommodated.

Behaviour

You are responsible for respectful behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate travel arrangements without refund if behaviour causes distress, danger, or damage.
